my favorite animal is a dolphin. i like dolphins because they're pretty. i like dolphins because they are good swimmers .i like dolphins because they are blue and blue is my favorite color.and for these reasons and other reasons i picked this project. i looked up information and pictures and shared it on my poster.

Rescue Robots by Mohamad

 

I wanted to design a rescue robot. I like robots. I made a 3D model of my robot. It has a medical kit inside- that is the green square. It also has a speaker on the bottom. It has wheels and it has a motor inside it has a name it is on the top.It has arms to rescue that is the blue things on the side. It has shield around it that can protect it. It has an ultrasonic sensor to detect when something is near it. In an emergency, my robot will go to people who need help and deliver a medical kit.

Mars by Collin

I did a project about mars. Mars is the fourth smallest planet. Named after the roman god. Its a red planet. As of september 2014 there have been 40 missions about mars. I chose this project because I wanted to learn how the planets were made. I typed up what I learned about living on Mars and made it into a poster.

Story by Emily

I chose to improve my vocabulary and use vocabulary words in a story. I think all kids should learn to read. Right now I am in 2nd grade, 5th grade reading level. This story is based off a story I read " Upside Down Magic".  I was inspired to make this I used Microsoft Word if your wondering. I decided to put some humor in it inspired from my school friend, Antonio.

The Abnormal School

Crazy cliffhanger at the end!

Once upon a time there was a school that taught magic.

All of the students were very irregular.

It is a secret school that is actually underground so nobody would know about it…

And you might be asking how do the students hide their magic?

They live underground they only go up to the higher ground if your teacher or parents disable their magic.

One day at magic school a student named Nory was in her classroom practicing her magic.

Her powers were a shapeshifter she could be many things... but whenever she tried to be a normal animal... Well one time she tried to be a dog, but she turned so big and grew an elephant trunk!!

She calls it a dogephant… so as I was saying, when she tries to do a normal animal she accidently adds another animal to it so it’s very strange...

“ Okay kids time for recess!” called the teacher

All The kids ran to recess

“so” said Rodney “Ready for the shapeshifter challenge…

“Of course I am.” Said Nory

The Shapeshifter challenge is a challenge whoever can be the most perfect animal

Nory started to tried to be a dog

Rodney tried to be a bird

Nory accidently added a bird to hers! (bog /dird

 Rodney’s magic added a cat ( cird / bat )

*everyone that saw it would laugh*

“Nobody’s is better!” chuckled TJ

But it was true, nobody was better than another.

After recess Nory was silent.

When she went home to her aunt

She went straight to sleep wondering about the next day..hmph..

She woke up she was late!! O noes!

She ran across the house getting ready, oh no! it’s already 8:20 ^~^

Running out to the bus she got there! Well kIndaaa, she touched the bus and it swung her along on the bus

She held on as hard as she could! She banged on the window she never got in she hang on for the entire ride. ;_;

Anyways, She got to school,  Super tired and had a headache.

She fell asleep in class before the teacher said- “Your super late!-“

She was asleep for eternity…
