The owner of Tesla is named Elon Musk. He is a very powerful and rich man.The car has a 360 degree view of the things around it. A Tesla has a 250m for a distant of objects. Save the Coral Reef Board Game (4th grade)

By Jayden O

Hi my name is Jayden. Today i'm going to be telling you about my game. So my game is called Save the Coral Reef. It's a very simple game. The goal/how you win is to collect 5 pieces of trash. It is a very colorful game, and it's very fun to play. There can be up to 5 players and yes there are instructions for the game. It's made out of card stock and paper. I colored it with markers. I took a couple months to make but yeah that's all i have to say. I hope you like it. People can learn how important it is to pick up trash and keep the reef clean. I also wrote facts on the backs of the cards so that people can learn more about coral reefs.

Opening a Pet Store Continued (3rd grade)

We continued our work on our pet store opening this week. Students brainstormed about which sections needed to be included and drew a layout of the floor plan. (See an example from Hannah below.)
Students also typed up business plans in MS Word, explaining their business ideas, target demographic, marketing, and profit ideas. (See an example below from Natalie.)
Students also used TINKERCAD to make 3D designs of products that they would like to sell in their pet store. Featured below are a collar by Muhamed, a dog house by Natalie, and food and water dishes by Dominick.

Stay tuned- there is still more to come!
